Longjing Temple is designated for religious and ritual activities. There is a well in the temple. The water is cool in summer, warm in winter, as well as clear and sweet throughout the year. There is a ridge on the north of the well, just like a sleeping dragon. Thus, it's called "Longjing" (which means a dragon-like well).
